This Privacy Policy explains how 14Creators (“14Creators”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit www.14creators.com (the “Website”), contact us, apply for a job or use our services. We are a creative, technology and AI automation agency based in Karachi, Pakistan, and we work with clients around the world.

By using the Website or sending us your information, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or share your information with us.

Information you give us

  • Contact and project enquiries: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, your budget range and any details you include in your message.
  • Job applications: your full name, email address, portfolio or LinkedIn link, CV or résumé, and any information you choose to include in your application.
  • Communication with us: information you share when you email us, message us on WhatsApp or social media, or speak with us by phone.
  • Client project information: business information, content, files and account access that you provide so we can deliver our services.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: when you visit the Website, our hosting provider and the services we use may automatically log your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website and the date and time of your visit. This is standard for websites and is used for security and performance.
  • Browser storage: the Website uses your browser’s session storage to remember small display settings (for example, so the loading animation only plays once per visit). This information stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website, for example which pages are visited, how long people stay, roughly where they are (country or city), the device and browser they use, and when they submit a form or click to contact us. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. See Cookies below.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health, religious or financial account information) through the Website. Please do not include it in forms or messages.

  • reply to your enquiries and send quotes, proposals and project updates;
  • provide, manage and improve our services, including branding, design, marketing, AI automation and IT services;
  • review job applications and contact candidates about roles;

We only share personal information with trusted parties who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

  • Form processing: our contact and job application forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, which processes the information you submit in order to email it to us.
  • Email, hosting and storage providers: companies that host the Website, our email and our files.
  • Maps: our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies under its own privacy policy.
  • Communication tools: such as WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us there.
  • Google Analytics: Google LLC processes Website usage data on our behalf. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Professional advisers and authorities: lawyers, accountants or government authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
  • Business changes: if 14Creators is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Client data and AI automation projects

When we build chatbots, AI agents, automations or other systems for clients, we may handle data that belongs to the client or the client’s customers. In those projects, the client decides what data is used and why, and we process it only on the client’s instructions and under our agreement with them. We:

  • use client data only to build, test, run and support the agreed project;
  • limit access to the people who need it;
  • use AI providers and settings that do not use client data to train public models wherever such options are available; and
  • delete or return client data at the end of the project when requested, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. The Website itself does not use advertising cookies. We use:

  • Essential storage: session storage for display settings, which is cleared when you close your browser tab.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart and measure how the Website is used. These usually last up to 2 years.
  • Third-party cookies: the embedded Google Map on our Contact page, and links to services such as WhatsApp, may set their own cookies under their own policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop the Website from working.

We are based in Pakistan and the service providers we use may store data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. When we transfer information internationally, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected, for example by choosing reputable providers that offer appropriate safeguards.

  • Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
  • Client records: for as long as we work together and for the period required for tax, accounting and legal purposes after that.
  • Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

10. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and secure, reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will act quickly if a problem occurs.

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to or ask us to limit how we use your information;

The Website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Website links to other websites and platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear on the Website.
